Lichfield IT Part Time, Permanent What Are We Looking For The Part-Time IT Induction Trainer will play a pivotal role in delivering dynamic and impactful IT induction training to new starters, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and the fostering of essential digital skills across the organisation as well as supporting the continuous development of employees IT skills. This position is envisioned as part-time, offering flexibility of 2 to 3 days per week (initially favouring Monday and Tuesday, though adaptable to suit both the successful candidate’s and business's needs). You will also contribute proactively to a range of digital literacy initiatives. This may include updating and refining IT guidance documentation, as well as creating concise training videos and tutorials to support ongoing professional development within Pegasus Group. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Proven experience in developing and delivering IT training programs. Experience with Business Central or other ERP systems is desirable. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other common IT applications. Familiarity with e-learning tools and training software. A good understanding of IT systems.
