What we need from you:

1. 35 years management experience within R&D corporate tax or a senior tax role
2. CTA / ATT qualified (or equivalent)
3. Strong knowledge of UK R&D tax relief schemes, with authority to sign off reports and costings
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
5. Experience delivering R&D claims for SMEs and larger businesses, working with senior leaders
6. Track record of developing and mentoring junior team members
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
