This very successful, boutique property advisory firm in Victoria is looking for a detail orientated, team focussed, calm and diligent PA to support the architects team. The role doesn't require a huge amount of experience, but needs someone with enthusiasm, who is process driven and methodical, enjoys working within a smaller team, working with other PAs and getting the work done. The duties will include: Providing administrative support to the architects Making/handling telephone calls, dealing with queries, taking messages etc Building reports and sending invoices to clients Recording incoming documents (paper and electronic), checking for omissions Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients professionally Proofreading documents, including reports Diary and electronic calendar management Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets They are a lovely team and are ideally looking for someone degree educated, with 2-4 years’ experience, looking to stay and develop with them long term.
