About the Role:
Join Bradford Children and Families Trust as a Senior Social Worker, helping to support and protect children and families in our community. We offer hybrid working, combining remote flexibility with in-office days for team collaboration and essential tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
👶 Lead and manage complex child safeguarding cases
🤝 Work closely with families, professionals, and community partners
📝 Prepare reports, assessments, and care plans with precision
🧑🤝🧑 Provide guidance and mentorship to junior social workers
🏢 Attend the office for specific tasks and team days as required by the service
