About the apprenticeship
Duties
Source and attract qualified candidates, conducting their registrations and vetting of certifications
Write and advertise vacancies across job boards and industry-specific platforms
Build and manage a strong pipeline of available and qualified candidates
Support consultants in filling urgent and high-volume vacancies
Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their availability, site preferences, and compliance status
Assist with timesheets, payroll, spreadsheets and other administrative duties

No Qualifications required – training for the role will be provided in-houseWe will provide:
•Clear progression path to Recruitment Consultant and beyond (if desired)
•Ongoing training in asbestos compliance and industry regulations
