We're looking for an organised and proactive Workforce Planning & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role at the heart of our operations, responsible for coordinating our flooring installers and ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish. About the Role You'll take ownership of the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of our flooring installation teams. You'll play a crucial role in keeping projects on track, solving problems quickly, and ensuring a smooth experience for both our teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule workloads for flooring installation teams Manage and maintain installers' diaries to maximise efficiency Act as the first point of contact for on-site issues (e.g. access delays, changes) Communicate effectively with installers and internal teams to resolve challenges quickly Accurately calculate day rates and installation costs Prepare and process job information for invoicing Adjust schedules in real-time to keep projects running smoothly Why Join Us?
