Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Production will serve as a key operational lead across Worldwide Commercialisation Excellence teams and regional markets, acting as a central point of contact for the execution of omnichannel campaigns in Europe, APAC, and ICON Markets.
This role is responsible for executing and coordinating tactical plans aligned with established omnichannel strategies across both new product launches and existing brand portfolios. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, expertise in digital marketing execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Manage day-to-day tactical plans for designated markets.
* Work with omnichannel strategists and brand teams to understand campaign goals and provide executional direction.
* Coordinate with creative and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure delivery.
* Develop and maintain execution schedules and content delivery timelines.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of content across all marketing channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on tools, platforms, and processes that support project delivery.
* Lead and contribute to regular status meetings to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising tasks to align with brand priorities.
* Identify opportunities to improve production processes and implement efficiency-enhancing innovations.
* Utilise Agile methodologies to enhance execution workflows.
* Analyse campaign data to extract insights and drive future improvements.
* Stay current on emerging tools and technologies to support omnichannel marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing operations within large and complex environments.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
* At least 3 years of experience in omnichannel marketing management, including campaign planning and budget oversight.
* Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
* Proficiency with content management systems, marketing asset templates, and workflows.
* Experience managing external partners and vendors.
* Strong understanding of performance data and its application in marketing decisions.
* Proficiency in Veeva CRM is required.
* Experience with platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, eWizzard, and SFMC is a plus.
* Familiarity with taxonomy and content tagging is desirable.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies is advantageous.
