Responsibilities:
We're looking for a confident & friendly Team Leader to oversee Santa, his Elves, and the smooth running of our Grotto.
* Demonstrating excellent customer interaction
* Ensuring families enjoy their magical Santa visit
* Selling souvenir Santa photos at the counter
* Supporting your team
* Resolving issues families may have with their visit
Daily Tasks:
* Open & close the Grotto
* Restock Santa's sacks
* Bank once a week
* Notify your head office Event Support Manager your staff have arrived
