Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for students and entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands‑on experience in customer acquisition and direct sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance‑based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
* Generate leads and acquire new customers
* Present and explain company services to homeowners
* Close sales and manage follow-ups
* Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
* Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Schedule
* Full-time (40–60 hours per week)
* Monday–Saturday
* Seasonal summer position
Compensation
* Commission-based pay + performance bonuses
* Average first-year earnings: $8,000–$35,000 for the summer
* Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed
* Additional incentives available for high performers
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation required
* Must be available for full summer schedule
