Job Summary
Green People, a pioneering brand in organic skincare and beauty is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with international experience to lead the UK team and drive international expansion. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing distributor relationships, opening new international markets, and achieving revenue targets across multiple regions. The ideal candidate would bring experience working in the health & beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Development
* Identify and evaluate new international markets for expansion, with a focus on Asia, Europe, and the Middle East
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each regional market
* Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends
Sales Management & Revenue Growth
* Set and achieve annual sales targets
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior leadership
* Leadership and management of a small sales team
Distributor & Partner Relations
* Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors globally
* Overseeing training and support to international partners to ensure consistent brand representation and product knowledge
* Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and contracts with distributors and key accounts
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align global campaigns with regional nuances and support sales enablement
* Work with logistics and operations to ensure smooth international order fulfilment and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and innovation
Qualifications
Essential:
* 5+ years of sales experience with an international focus
* Experience in working with both DTC and B2B models
* Proven success in managing multi-region accounts and achieving sales growth targets
* Strong negotiation skills and cultural sensitivity
* Requirement for international travel
Preferred:
* Experience working within the health & beauty industry
* Multilingual capabilities are a plus
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements in different markets (e.g., EU Cosmetics Regulation, ASEAN guidelines)
