Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to multitask? We're looking for two experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our clients busy team! About the Role In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming telephone enquiries, dialling out to customers and updating them on their orders to resolve queries with professionalism and care. You'll also be responsible for accurately keying customer order data into our in-house system, so a sharp eye for detail is a must. What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, and providing outstanding service to customers Accurately entering order details into our internal systems Managing multiple customer accounts and order updates simultaneously Investigating and resolving customer queries efficiently Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing Requirements What We're Looking For Essential: Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service environment Excellent telephone manners and communication skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Comfortable working in a fast-moving and customer-focused environment Benefits Paying up to £13.50 per hour. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
