This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to £66,000.00 per annum plus a car allowance.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for driving operational efficiency through data-led insights and systems across multiple sites, working closely with Operations, Finance, and IT to improve performance, planning, and decision-making. Ensure efficient flow of operations by identifying improvements and removing bottlenecks

* Develop and maintain tools to support KPI tracking and performance visibility
* Support managers in evaluating volumes versus forecasts and planning resources effectively
* Analyse KPI performance and work with stakeholders to meet and exceed targets
* Provide performance insights and recommendations in operational meetings
* Support event planning and execution, including allocations and workflow planning
* Manage and develop the team in line with company standards (performance, absence, disciplinary, recruitment)

Profile:
* Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
* Experience working in a BI, data, or performance-focused role within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce
* Proven experience managing and developing teams
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple sites
* Confident communicator with the ability to present data and insights clearly
* Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
* Strong focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and performance delivery
