Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a new challenge in a dynamic, innovative environment? This Temporary Executive Assistant role offers you the chance to support senior leaders, enhance operational efficiency, and gain valuable experience within a fast-growing company.
Please note, this is a full time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Executive Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel
Preparing high-level presentations, reports, and board packs to support strategic decision-making
Acting as the business lead on GDPR compliance to ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to data protection standards
Overseeing relationships withsuppliers, including risk management and contract oversight
Handling HR administration such as onboarding/offboarding and benefits
Leading Health & Safety activities, including organising committee meetings, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance across the organisation
Planning and coordinating company events and offsites, managing budgets and liaising with suppliers to ensure successful delivery
Providing ad hoc project support when required to maintain smooth office functions

Temporary Executive Assistant Experience Essentials
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior professionals
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and use initiative
Experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and health & safety compliance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Location
Based in South Oxfordshire, the role is fully office-based. The location offers good transport links and parking facilities.
