The Role
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready (no bunny trails!)
Support menu development with creativity and fresh ideas
Assist with functions, events, and special service requirements
Support stock control and ordering processes
Play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience
About You
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Calm and efficient under pressure (even during Easter brunch rush!)
A team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about food, presentation, and continuous improvement
