Finishing Foreman\n\n£250 to £270 per day\n\n6 months duration\n\nBournemouth, Dorset\n\nFinishing Foreman - Hospital Project - Bournemouth\n\nThis leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for additional freelance Finishing Foremen to work on a £60m hospital project in Bournemouth, Dorset.\n\nAs a Finishing Foreman you will work on site full time and will report to the Site Manager and will oversee the Trades Personnel on site.\n\nThe project is a new 4 level hospital building, of modular construction, featuring 110 new beds and improved facilities.\n\nScope of works:\n\nInternal Fit Out of wards to include the joinery, partitioning, ceilings, and flooring\nExternals work \n\nAbout You:\n\nHigh-end project experience is highly desirable\nTier One Contractor experience is desirable\nInternals or externals experience\nStrong, hands-on knowledge across trade disciplines\nSSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS\nTemporary Works is advantageous\nAbility to lead on-site, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation\nCompleting all final finishing works on internal and external areas of the Hospital\nW...
