We are looking for an experienced, adaptable individual to join our Strategy Transformation and Improvement team, to develop and lead our Transformation Management Office. The successful candidate will develop the function that is able to support the review and refresh our federation strategy and monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of the strategy, transformation and improvement portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the ability to blend PMO / TMO experience and analytical skills with fresh ideas, think critically, and explore innovative ways to ensure the Strategy, Transformation and Improvement team deliver the expected benefits for the Federation.
Responsibilities
* Support the review and refresh our federation strategy: defining and quantifying strategy success measures, building the strategy roadmap that identifies the major projects that will underpin delivery, ensuring enabling plans are aligned to the road map and come together as a coherent plan.
* Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of the strategy, transformation and improvement portfolio: supporting work programmes to define outcome and benefits metrics, modelling the expected impact and developing the monitoring framework, tracking and reporting on progress and impact of all programmes within the Transformation and Improvement portfolio.
