Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnered with one of Europe's fast growing beauty brands, now seeking a full time Assistant Manager to join the team for an exciting new opening in Bristol Cribbs Causeway.
Our client is passionate about giving customers the tools to be their best everyday, and building long lasting emotional connections. We are looking for someone driven, passionate and customer service focused, this role will support the Business Manager to led and drive this new account.

Assistant Manager duties include:
* Daily consultations with customers (appointments and walk-ups)
* Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer.
* Building strong relationships with customers
* Able to work towards counter and personal KPI's set.
* Staying up to date with the latest make-up and skincare trends.
* Performing Make-up / Skincare consultations on clients
* Driving sales in order to achieve daily / monthly targets
Assistant Manager Must Have(s):
* Experience working in a fast paced beauty retail environment
* Passionate about make up and skincare
* Confident in make up application and strong artistry skills
* Management experience desirable but will consider someone ready for progression
