An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Independent Top 40 professional services firm with a strong presence across the South West and Wales. The successful individual will be based in one of their offices in Bristol, Cardiff or Cheltenham.

Your role as a Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, tax accounting and planning services.
• Support Partners on a range of advisory assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex tax investigations.
• Review and oversee team workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver technically robust and commercially focused tax advice.

What you'll need to succeed

• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Previous experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong technical corporate tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
