Creator Partnerships Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our Creator Partnerships team. This person will be responsible for onboarding new talent, nurturing existing creator relationships, and developing bespoke growth plans that align with both the creator’s brand and Pubity’s audience strategy.

You’ll act as a hybrid partner: part strategist, part relationship-builder. You will be expected to understand what drives growth in the creator economy, identify white space in our creator roster compared to competitors, and build long-term value through revenue growth and audience growth with every new partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Onboarding & Talent Sourcing

* Identify and proactively reach out to emerging and established creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Research and analyse creator rosters from competitor media brands to inform sourcing strategy.
* Lead initial outreach, pitch Pubity’s value proposition, and onboard creators aligned with our content ethos.
* Structure onboarding plans and support creators during their initial launch and integration into Pubity’s ecosystem.

Account Management & Relationship Building

* Serve as the day-to-day contact for your roster of creators, providing strategic and operational support.
* Build deep relationships with creators, understanding their content goals, brand vision, and pain points.

Growth Strategy & Performance

* Analyse performance data (engagement, views, revenue, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Monetization, and Creative teams to support creator success across all relevant platforms.

Internal Advocacy & Insights

* Act as a key internal stakeholder for your creators, representing their interests in broader business strategy.
* Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership, flagging potential growth risks or creator churn early.
* Keep Pubity ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes affecting creator reach, discoverability, and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

* 4+ years of experience in the creator economy.
* A proven track record in onboarding creators and scaling digital talent.
* Established relationships with creators across platforms.
* Established relationships with social media platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, Twitch, and TikTok.
* Established relationships with OTT platforms.
* Strong understanding of the creator economy, emerging digital platforms, content strategy, and community building.
* A competitor mindset, you regularly keep tabs on who’s signing who, what formats are trending, and where audience loyalty is shifting.
* Passion for online content, short-form video, and digital storytelling.
* Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, able to manage both creative and business conversations.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, juggling multiple creator accounts and deadlines.
* Confident using data tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, Tubular, Google Analytics) to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
