The Advocate Group are currently representing Monster Energy, a global powerhouse in the energy drink category, who are leading the charge in high-performance beverages and brand innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of ~17, including senior managers and material planners across EMEA, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
* Oversee all aspects of raw materials planning (ingredients, cans, kits) across ~87 countries to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
* Drive transformation in SAP Materials Management and analytics, ensuring best-in-class processes and systems.
* Collaborate with Global Procurement, Co-packers, and Operations to align strategy, mitigate risks, and deliver against a 98% casefill target.
* Manage and develop KPIs, governance processes, and SOPs to enhance control, efficiency, and audit readiness.
* Play a key role in supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives through proactive material planning and supplier engagement.
* Act as Business Process Owner for SAP MM and co‑lead S&OP governance across Strategic and Affordable brands.
About You:
* Proven leadership in Materials Planning or Supply Chain at a regional or global level, ideally within FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
* Deep knowledge of SAP MRP processes, supplier management, and material lifecycle control.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence strategic decisions.
* Skilled communicator who can manage cross-functional relationships and deliver through others.
* Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
* Degree educated (or equivalent practical experience) with a track record of leading high-performing teams in complex environments.
