Requirements
You have a professional qualification - BA in Community Learning and Development or equivalent.
Responsibilities
The purpose of your job is the development of Community Learning opportunities which are responsive to local need and which lead to improved life chances through learning, personal development and active citizenship and developing stronger, more resilient, supportive, influential and inclusive communities.
The Individual
You will have experience of developing community based CLD provision, delivering CLD provision in the advertised field (ESOL), partnership working with experience of monitoring and evaluation. You will have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, work from own initiative, advocacy skills with the ability to motivate learners. You will be available to work evenings and weekends. A satisfactory Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
