đź§­ Your Mission: Build the Go-to-Market Engine for AI-Led Growth

As VP of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the global new-business function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll lead a distributed team of experienced AEs, refine sales playbooks, and take centre stage in strategic deals.


Your Impact

* Own the new-business sales strategy across regions, segments and verticals.
* Build a predictable revenue engine by driving pipeline rigour, forecast accuracy and conversion excellence
* Lead, coach and inspire a global AE organisation, from onboarding to ongoing enablement
* Personally engage in executive-level sales cycles to model deal craft, accelerate velocity and close high-value opportunities
* Shape how we sell AI by translating technical capabilities into boardroom-ready business cases

🧠 We’re Looking for a Leader Who Is...

* Strategic and tactical. You think big-picture and aren’t afraid to jump into late-stage deals or coach a struggling AE on positioning
* Data-led and forecast-fluent. Pipeline design, inspection and forecasting are second nature to you
* A player-coach. You’ve built high-performing AE teams and know how to uplevel talent quickly
* AI-literate. You understand how to frame AI not as hype, but as a meaningful differentiator that drives urgency and impact
* Commercially sharp. You’re credible with Legal, Risk, Procurement and the C-suite, and you negotiate based on value rather than discount


âś… What You Bring

* 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years in new-business leadership roles
* Proven experience building and scaling teams across geographies and segments
* A strong track record of exceeding new ARR targets through disciplined execution and GTM alignment
* Mastery of value-based selling, deal inspection and forecast discipline
* Clear, executive-grade communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience in PE-backed SaaS environments is a plus, but not required
