Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER & LETTINGS ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR- Residential Lettings
Location: Dorking, RH4

We’re working with a respected estate agency in Dorking who are looking to bring on board a proactive and detail-driven Property Manager & Lettings Accounts Administrator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, balancing client communication, lettings accounts, and day-to-day management duties.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing rental payment processes and invoicing for landlords and contractors
* Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with trusted contractors
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlord clients, offering updates and support
* Organising property access, contractor appointments, and quotes
* Identifying cost efficiencies and helping to improve management margins
* Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
* Managing deposit disputes in accordance with legal regulations
* Providing day-to-day support to the wider lettings and property management team
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Experience in property management, lettings accounts, or a customer service-based role
* Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
* Propertymark qualified or willing to train
* Full UK driving licence
* Based within easy reach of Dorking, Reigate, or Redhill
