Part-Time Sales Role – Friendly, Flexible, and Fulfilling We’re looking for a warm, experienced sales professional to join us 2 days a week (flexibly) to help grow a well-established software product used by S afety & HR teams across the UK. You’ll be: Following up warm leads from our marketing and existing client base Reaching out to potential partner businesses to resell our software Building genuine relationships — not hammering the phones unless they really need hammering Working closely with a small, supportive team who’ve got your back You’ll bring: At least 3 years' experience in technical B2B sales A sharp, thoughtful approach — you're someone who listens, learns, and adapts Ideally a degree, but more importantly, you're intelligent, insightful, resilient, and creative Confidence working independently (with plenty of support when needed) The role: Part-time (2 days/week), remote-first Occasional visits to our Stafford office £40k FTE generous commissions (pro rata) Full product training provided This would really suit someone returning to work after maternity leave or balancing childcare — but we’re open to anyone who fits the bill.
