Job Description Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Hinckley - £26k basic £40k package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join a leading independent Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area. The right candidate must have a depth of knowledge and experience and be able to undertake market appraisals, utilising your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing to win new instructions. A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, preparation for the day’s market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing clients’ properties, actively seeking new clients, assisting colleagues with viewings, sales progression and incoming enquiries. You will need to be energetic, extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions. Main Duties: Conduct property valuations and appraisals with confidence and accuracy. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and landlords. Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Generate new business and grow market share in Hinckley Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are supported throughout their property journey.
