We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in our up and coming Bluewater store.
Main duties will include:
* Responsibility for opening and closing procedures
* Working closely with Store Management, and supporting them in their roles
* Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the store's KPI results
* Supervising stock/inventory when necessary
* Upholding our company values
* Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example
* Providing strong duty management skills when required
* Supporting and directing sales staff to achieve their individual and collective goals
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within the fashion retail industry
* A sound understanding of the retail environment
* A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
* The ability to work to a flexible rota
* Exceptional communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, couple with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Availability to start immediately is preferred
