Senior Property Manager – South & East Yorkshire (Full-Time)
Are you an experienced property professional ready to lead a department and make your mark in a growing business? At BRH, based in Doncaster, we’re looking for a capable and personable Senior Property Manager to manage our Lettings Department and help drive the business forward.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly, professional team with a dynamic approach to property. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior lettings or property management role, who can combine strong leadership with a collaborative, approachable style.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of our Lettings Department and play a key role in its growth.
* Work alongside a supportive central admin team and dedicated sales department.
* Lead day-to-day operations of the Lettings Department and ensure smooth processes.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
* Drive lead generation and win new business opportunities (with commission available).
* Support BRH’s property acquisition and growth strategy.
* Conduct annual review meetings with landlords and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
* Oversee property management activities, including maintenance, viewings, and handovers.
* Manage client issues with professionalism, diplomacy, and a solution-focused mindset.
* Ensure processes are followed consistently and standards remain high.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the Lettings Department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
* Working closely with Admin and Sales teams to ensure a joined-up approach across the business.
* Driving lead generation and winning new business opportunities (with commission available).

What we’re looking for

* Confident in generating leads and developing new business.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to keep multiple priorities moving.
