Tradewind Recruitment are supporting a specialist secondary SEN school in Newham to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing behaviour and supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You'll work closely with the school's pastoral team, providing 1:1 support, helping to de-escalate incidents, and promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Requirements:
Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH or challenging behaviour
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
A resilient, proactive, and empathetic attitude
