You will be part of a diverse team supporting clients through a broad range of international tax and transfer pricing matters, helping them navigate both compliance and strategic business challenges.
Typical projects may include:
• Expansion into new markets
• Pre- and post-transaction structuring and integration
• Operating model redesign
• Legal entity rationalisation
• Capital structure and financing optimisation
• Intellectual property ownership and tax efficiency strategies
• Navigating global tax reform and managing risks from legislation such as BEPS
• Liaising with and negotiating on behalf of clients with tax authorities, both in the UK and internationally
Key Responsibilities: As a Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of client engagements and the ongoing development of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing high-quality technical advice across a range of transfer pricing and international tax topics
• Managing complex, multi-jurisdictional projects from planning through execution, including financial oversight and resource allocation
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and delivering high levels of service
• Supporting clients in developing and executing international tax strategies that align with their commercial goals
• Identifying and managing risks while applying sound commercial judgement
• Coordinating with internal tax specialists and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members, including providing training and on-the-job feedback
• Preparing high-quality deliverables, documentation, and reporting for senior management
• Supporting business development initiatives by identifying opportunities with existing clients and contributing to new client pitches
• Engaging in thought leadership, keeping up to date with tax developments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service offerings
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals with:
• Extensive experience in transfer pricing and/or international tax, including documentation, benchmarking, value chain analysis, and dealing with tax authorities
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with a commercial and strategic approach to tax issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and client service • High level of self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and strong organisational abilities
• A commitment to continuous professional development—for both yourself and the wider team
• Understanding of ethical and risk considerations in a client-facing environment
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, high-impact advisory setting
