VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with a well renowned luxury hotel group in helping recruit for a commercially driven Revenue Manager to help optimise performance and support continued growth.
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the hotel's top-line revenue by developing and executing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies. Working closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing team, you will use data-driven insights to maximise room occupancy, and improve overall yield.

About you
6. Minimum 2 years' experience in a Revenue related role
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Proficiency in Excel and revenue forecasting tools.
9. Commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions
What you'll do
10. Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue performance.
11. Monitor daily hotel performance using Costar+Bandwidth, OTA analytics, and internal booking data.
12. Forecast demand and adjust pricing and inventory controls accordingly across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate).
13. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends in Belfast.
14. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, packages, and campaigns to drive direct bookings.
15. Regularly report on KPIs to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities.
16. Support budgeting and long-term financial planning with detailed revenue forecasts.
