Duties of the MOT Technician
* Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing as a qualified technician
* Carrying out MOT testing in accordance with industry standards and company policies
* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency
* Keeping detailed records of work carried out and parts used
* Supporting the team with technical advice and expertise
Requirements
* Proven experience as an automotive technician and MOT tester
* MOT testing accreditation (essential)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Master Technician or qualified Technician with relevant industry experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
