Applying to our Seasonal Talent Pool allows us to

professionals who take pride in their work and understand the impact of their

Our Seasonal positions span across all hotel departments but
are expected to become available in the areas of Housekeeping, Food and
Beverage, and Prep and Support. When applying, please make a note of the of the

What we’re looking for
In our Food and Beverage team, you’ll be:
* Comfortable handling payments and following food
safety and hygiene standards.
* Confident when serving guests, communicating
clearly, and responding to feedback.
* Proud to keep our dining areas tidy, organised,
and welcoming.
* A positive team player, bringing energy and a
friendly attitude.
In our Housekeeping team, you’ll be:
* Ensuring that our guests arrive to clean,
welcoming, and comfortable spaces, with attention to the little details that
create big moments.
* Following health and safety, manual handling,
and COSHH procedures carefully and confidently.
* Working together as part of our committed,
efficient and dynamic team.
* Experienced with a keen eye for detail and a
love of creating welcoming spaces.
In our Prep and Support team, you’ll be:
* Helping our
kitchens run smoothly by supporting all back-of-house operations.
* Staying
calm under pressure while keeping a genuine passion for great food.
* Maintaining
clean, organised, and safe workspaces for the team.
* Assisting
with food prep and daily service to keep everything on track.
