They operate across a broad range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence, typically delivering projects in the £10m–£100m range. You will be working on a £15m school project in Birmingham. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially and contractually responsible for the project, reporting into a visiting Managing Surveyor. An Assistant Surveyor will report directly to you.
