Salary : £25,000 per annum Holiday : 33 days per year Pension : Auto-enrolment pension with a 6% employer contribution As a Recovery Support Worker, you'll support clients in residential addiction treatment, helping them with their practical needs and ensuring they engage fully in their treatment programme. You'll work closely with our clinical team and provide support in areas such as family contact, health, finance, and legal matters. What We're Looking For: Knowledge of or experience of working in a residential addiction treatment setting Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to build strong relationships and remain calm under pressure A full clean driving licence Why The Nelson Trust?
