Management accountant - weymouth - circa £45,000

Management Accountant required to strengthen financial control, deliver sharp management reporting, and support commercial decision-making across a growing engineering-led organisation operating in the UK and internationally. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, own forecasting and cashflow, and ensure robust compliance - particularly around long-term project accounting and IFRS 15.

What you'll do

* Produce monthly management accounts and insightful MI
* Own forecasting, cashflow and risk management
* Lead IFRS 15 revenue recognition
* Embed strong financial controls and best practice
* Translate finance into clear actions for non-finance teams


What you'll bring

* CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE
* Experience in Management Accounting
* Strong communicator with great attention to detail
* Experience in engineering/manufacturing and long-term projects
