Estimator - Structural Steel
Location: Kent | Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

About the Company:
Based in Kent, this family-owned business has been supplying and delivering steel frames to commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the South East for many years. Known for their attention to detail, reliability, and high-quality workmanship, they are now looking to expand their team with a skilled Estimator.
The Role:
As an Estimator, you will:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for structural steel projects
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and technical information to produce costings
Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements
Provide expert advice on steel specifications, quantities, and construction methods
Support the business in delivering projects efficiently while maintaining margins
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience estimating structural steel projects
Strong understanding of steel frame construction and associated costs
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Confident in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Able to work independently and as part of a friendly, supportive team
Based in Kent or willing to commute
