The Mai-Wel Group is seeking a Part-Time Participant Services Officer to join our Corporate Services / Finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate participant information, smooth service agreements, and compliant claims management within the NDIS framework.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administration, data, and stakeholder skills who enjoys working in a purpose-driven organisation.
About The Role
Reporting to the Business Partner - Finance, you will work closely with the Finance team and Engagement Coordinator to ensure participant records and service agreements are accurate, up to date, and compliant with funding and regulatory requirements.
This role is offered on a part-time basis with flexibility and hybrid work options available.
Skills and Experiences: About You
You will bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or participant-focused role
Working knowledge of NDIS funding and NDIA frameworks
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Confidence using CRMs and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A solutions-focused and professional approach
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Business, Administration or related field (essential)
Experience in Not-For-Profit, Disability, Health, or Community Services (desirable)
