About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with a diverse range of needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and 2:1 support to students, both within the classroom and in small group settings. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting students with their targets. Working with students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring their needs are met effectively. Supporting students with specific needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other complex SEN. Fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment. Liaising with class teachers, SENCOs, and parents/carers. We Are Looking For Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in an SEN setting, is highly desirable.
