This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with strong automation and control systems knowledge to move into a highly rewarding training-focused role. Working with cutting-edge industrial technologies, you’ll design and deliver hands-on training programs that support engineers and technicians across a wide range of automation systems. Trainer - Automation Control Systems - The Role:
Develop and deliver training programs covering PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and industrial automation systems
Create training materials including manuals, presentations and practical workshop exercises
Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training sessions
Train engineers on industrial communication protocols including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet and TCP/IP
Assess trainee performance and provide technical coaching and feedback
Support troubleshooting and real-world problem-solving exercises
Work closely with project teams to align training with operational and industry requirements
Help maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
Trainer AUtomation Control Systems - What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or similar
Strong experience with industrial automation systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley or Schneider
Good understanding of control systems, instrumentation and industrial networking
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
Hands-on engineering mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards beneficial
