Your Move in North Hykeham is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
* Register customers and carry out property matches for both sales and lettings
* Generate and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between all parties
* Maximise branch income through cross-selling services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. At minimum, you should have previous targeted sales experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Benefits
* On Target Earnings (OTE): £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
* Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
