Intermediate / Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer Location: Derby Salary: Competitive + package We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across the East Midlands. The Role As part of a dynamic commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of residential developments from procurement through to final account. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and site teams.
