The Role:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary PA / Administrative Assistant to support our client for 3-6 months on a temporary basis.
In this role you will deliver seamless, proactive support to provide the highest level of administrative support for the Business Services Team and the Strategic Leadership Team members and their meetings.Youll be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and always be aiming for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Assist in meeting arrangements
2. Assist with Company Secretarial duties including arranging for the signing of deeds and other formal agreements, maintaining registers and corporate filings
3. Assisting with management of the Board members library, liaising with colleagues
4. Assist with the administration of the Disaster Recover Business Continuity
5. Support administrative requirements of the Business Services team
6. Co-ordinate Corporate Subscriptions and affiliations administration
