Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire pupils at a key stage in their learning journey, helping them build confidence and achieve their full potential. Beginning January 2026.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
* Supporting pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and broader curriculum development
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
* Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
* Encouraging independence, resilience, and a love of learning
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils’ development
Qualifications
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
* Be passionate about delivering a broad and creative curriculum
* Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills as a Year 3 Teacher
* Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to helping all pupils succeed
