Job Title: Part-time Receptionist
Grade UE03: £23,414 to £25,448 per annum pro-rata

An opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused individual to join the Estates Department as a part-time receptionist based at our Easter Bush Campus in Midlothian, EH25 9RG.
The Opportunity
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00. Covering 32 days of annual leave for your colleague's alternative shift from 13:00 to 18:00 is required.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and friendly reception service, handling phone calls and enquiries from visitors and staff.
Proactive approach, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and initiative.
