Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Salary: £45,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead a busy branch in Lowestoft. You will manage day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, and ensure clients receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch staff, creating a positive and supportive environment
Take part in the branch on-call rota, managing incidents, emergencies, safeguarding concerns, and service continuity
Oversee scheduling, client intake, care planning, and service coordination
Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and risk management
Build strong relationships with clients and the local community
Monitor branch performance, budgets, KPIs, and identify growth opportunitiesSkills and Experience
Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential
Strong business acumen with a drive to grow the service
Knowledge of CQC standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Full UK driving licenceEducation
Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalentTo Apply:
