Currently at 9 people, they're experiencing quarter on quarter growth and are working with some of the most recognisable companies in the life science sector. Now of course whilst it would be wonderful if you came with direct recruitment sector experience, truthfully that doesn't matter. All that matters is that you've a grasp for hard work and want to work in a results focussed business. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you'll be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from attracting and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. However, for the first six months, you'll benefit from a comprehensive onboarding process and mentorship where you'll work closely with experienced consultants supporting their vacancies whilst gaining valuable insights into the Life Sciences industry and sharpening your specific skills. In year two, the expectation will be that you've found a niche and will be generating 60% of your deals independently with the remaining 40% 180 deals with other consultants Some of the key factors of the role: Business Development: Working with their existing candidate network, youll skilfully penetrate new clients through selling via a variety of different channels. Sourcing Talent: Collaborate with Account Managers & Principal Consultants to identify and source candidates for diverse life sciences roles. Crafting Success: Write compelling job specifications based on client briefs, manage job postings on major platforms, and oversee the application process. Hunting Talent: Employ various strategies to discover the best candidates through Job Boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Interview Excellence: Conduct thorough interviews via phone and video, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Guiding Candidates: Assist candidates through the application process, from CV optimisation to interview preparation. Become a Market Expert: Develop expertise in your field, building a robust network and sharing market insights. Stay Informed: Keep yourself updated on industry trends through consistent reading and research. Your experience: Ideally you'll come from any professional services recruitment background with 6-12 months experience although applications are also welcome from those with sales experience and can demonstrate a strong commitment to joining a recruitment business.
