A great opportunity has arisen to work for Axle Haulage as HIAB Driver Class 1 & 2.
We are an Employee ownership trust (EOT) and have been operating since 1988.
We are currently looking for a driver to operate from our Hockliffe depot.
Working Monday to Friday (early starts) with weekend overtime available.
We deliver throughout the UK(including London), HS2/Tideway Site Compliant would be advantageous.
Nights out are required.
MUST have experience of securing loads onto flatbed vehicles, using straps, rachets, chains, also experience in operating Lorry Loader.
You will be given your own dedicated vehicle.
We offer a competitive rate of pay with additional benefits; weekly earnings based on a 50hr average week, including bonuses and tax free allowances circa £960-£1003
Additional night out allowance and access to EOT profit sharing scheme on top

Responsibilities
* Operate a Hiab truck to transport goods safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
* Load and unload materials using the crane, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo on the flatbed.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
* Communicate effectively with staff and clients to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
