Packaging & Artwork Coordinator, Supply Chain Team
Fixed-Term Contract until the end of 2026
Day shift, 36 hrs, Mon‑Fri, 9‑day fortnight (every second Friday off). Based in Skipton.
Please note this is not a creative role designing artwork. The position focuses on managing artwork changes for printing and packaging components through our QMS system (Veeva) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate the complete artwork approval process, from initiation to final sign‑off.
* Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring all templates, PDFs and documentation are up to date.
* Proofread artwork files for accuracy, spotting inconsistencies and rectifying errors.
* Collaborate regularly with Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs and Planning teams to secure timely approvals.
* Engage with customers and suppliers to guide new artwork introductions and manage changes in a controlled, compliant manner.
* Process stock and reject procedures, ensuring proper route through the system.
* Support new product and line‑extension launches by coordinating creation and approval of key documents (specifications, batch records, formulation sheets).
* Work with the Packing department to arrange trials for significant component changes and confirm outcomes for production.
Qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Confidence to influence and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
* Background in manufacturing, preferably with experience in the print industry.
* Proficiency in maths, English and IT, with ability to navigate technical and administrative tools.
* Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems is an advantage.
* Product knowledge in related sectors is a valuable asset.
