Job Title: Energy Expert (Part-Time)
Location: Leicester Hub
Salary: £27,976 (Pro-rata) per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Saturday

What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, providing support beyond energy services.
* Empower customers with practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to reduce usage, lower bills and shrink carbon footprints.
* Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
* Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently, translating technical information into everyday language.
* Serve as a sustainability ambassador by collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
* Lead local green initiatives and work with the team to inspire community participation toward a cleaner future.
