Job Description
This is a senior, standalone position focused on new business development within the personal care sector. You\'ll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with brands seeking high-quality contract manufacturing solutions, leveraging the company\'s capabilities in formulation, production, packaging and distribution.
Duties include:
* Lead sales and business development efforts across the UK and European markets.
* Build relationships with brand owners, retailers, and private label businesses.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share.
* Represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and client satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in contract manufacturing sales, ideally within personal care or beauty.
* Strong track record in new business development and strategic account growth.
* Comfortable operating in a standalone role with autonomy and accountability.
* Fluent in English and at least one other European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
* Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
* As it is a standalone role candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.
